1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RG Stream, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have legal parental/guardian consent) and that you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws of Botswana.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

RG Stream allows users to:

  • Purchase and stream pay-per-view content (live or pre-recorded)
  • Host events or upload content for sale
  • Access digital media, subject to payment and licensing terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without notice.

3. Account Registration

To access some features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

RG Stream is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Payment & Pricing

All content on RG Stream is pay-per-view or paid access. Prices are set by content creators or event organizers and may include taxes where applicable.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party services.
  • Once purchased, content access is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

5. Content Ownership & Usage

All content on RG Stream is either:

  • Owned by Rent Gear
  • Licensed by third-party creators or organizers

You may not:

  • Record, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display any content without explicit permission
  • Circumvent access controls or share paid content illegally

Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.

6. Hosting Events / Uploading Content

If you host events or upload content to RG Stream:

  • You must own the rights to that content or have permission to distribute it
  • You are responsible for compliance with copyright, privacy, and broadcasting laws
  • You grant RG Stream a license to distribute your content on the platform

RG Stream reserves the right to remove any content that violates laws, platform rules, or community standards.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use RG Stream to:

  • Post illegal, harmful, or misleading content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Harass, threaten, or defame others
  • Attempt to disrupt the platform or gain unauthorized access

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and technology used on RG Stream are owned by Rent Gear or its partners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

RG Stream is provided “as is.” While we strive for a reliable experience, we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free streaming
  • Content availability or quality
  • Earnings from content hosted on the platform

We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of income, business, or data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or for any reason at our discretion. You may also deactivate your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Botswana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Botswana.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms. Major updates will be communicated via email or platform notices.
